With the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II, ARJES Impaktor GmbH is expanding its successful series of mobile twin-shaft shredders. Based on the proven platform of the IMPAKTOR 250 EVO II, the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II has been specifically developed for applications where more power is required without compromising on compactness and flexibility. This makes it the ideal choice for construction companies, waste disposal firms and recycling companies that want to process harder materials efficiently.
The biggest innovation of the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II is probably its drive system. Depending on market requirements, there are two powerful Volvo Penta engine variants to choose from: The TAD 583 VEwith 175 kW (238 hp) meets the strict EU Stage V emissions standard and is ideal for the European market. For international use (rest of the world), the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II is equipped with the TAD 551 VE, a robust engine that meets the Stage III A standard. This delivers 160 kW (218 hp) and offers maximum reliability even under demanding conditions. Both engines stand for efficiency, durability and excellent fuel economy in daily use.
In addition to its engine power, the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II impresses with its sophisticated design and modular construction. The combination of chain drive and hook lift mount ensures maximum mobility – whether in urban areas, on construction sites or in rough terrain. With a total weight of around 14 tons, the shredder remains easy to transport and can be moved flexibly to the job site. This makes the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II suitable for both short-term use and continuous stationary operation.
A highlight of the IMPAKTOR 350 EVO II is the tried-and-tested quick-change shaft system, which is already used on other ARJES models. It enables the shredding shafts to be replaced quickly without the need for time-consuming dismantling work. Depending on the type of material – such as concrete, wood, rubber, used tires or mixed construction waste – different shaft types and sieve baskets can be used. This means that the machine can be optimally adapted to changing requirements in just a few minutes.
